Description
Our Rapid Antigen Test (Lateral Flow Device LFD) is a simple, easy-to-use test, that is approved for entry into the UK. You must take this test on or before Day 2. Once you’ve taken the test, you have to upload photographic evidence of your test to get the official doctor signed report.
Your ZEAB Therapeutic Labs order number is the DHSC Reference number for UK Passenger Locator Form.
Some countries accept this Lateral Flow Device/Rapid Antigen Test as a Fit to Fly test or travel test, please check country-specific requirements.

IMPORTANT: Please read below information carefully to avoid delays.
Step 1: Order your kit online.
Step 2: Follow the Instructional Leaflet and video to perform the antigen test sample collection.
Step 3: After 15 minutes, upload a clear close-up picture of your test cassette along with a handwritten note containing your DHSC Reference Number by clicking ‘Activate Test’ at the top right corner of the website.
Step 4: Once you have uploaded the picture and entered all the details correctly, you will receive your official report within a 1-2 hours*(during business hours) of the upload.
On rare occasions an antigen test can give an “inconclusive” result, particularly if the testing instructions are not followed correctly. In these circumstances, we will send you another test.
